Terms of Service — Friendtastic

1. Service Provider

Friendtastic is operated by Code Crush GmbH, Switzerland (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “Friendtastic”).

2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Friendtastic mobile application and web service. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Service Description

Friendtastic helps you track and organize your social interactions. The service includes:

Tracking meetups with friends and contacts
Storing memories (notes and photos) associated with meetups
Managing contacts and groups
Viewing statistics and insights about your social interactions
Optional Premium features for enhanced functionality

4. Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must:

Provide accurate and current information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Use the service only for lawful purposes

5. Pricing & Payments

Friendtastic offers a free basic version and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective terms and refund policies apply.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6. Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload (photos, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

All intellectual property rights in the Friendtastic app and service remain with Code Crush GmbH.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service temporarily for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Friendtastic is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

Loss of data or content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss data protection law (revDSG).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Code Crush GmbH in Switzerland.
